Looking Up Through the Canopy
Looking straight up through a 200-year-old deodar and oak canopy near Dalhousie — moss-covered branches draped with hanging ferns against a cloud-white November sky. The British-era Thandi Sadak promenade passes through this forest, shaded entirely by ancient trees that were already old when Dalhousie was founded in 1854.
